We're a very small shop but we try our very best to ensure that you, the customer, are totally stoked with your experience of buying product from us.

I know most folk don't ever read the small fine print of legal jargon on a website before they purchase but here's a few things to put your mind at rest. When you purchase product via this website you are automatically covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which sets out the minimum standards for goods sold.

At Rode we'd like like to think that all the product we sell will be awesome but realistically we all know that sometimes stuff goes wrong. The Consumer Guarantees Act ensures that in the event of product being faulty or of not good quality then you have the right to a repair, replacement or a refund from us at Rode. Along with this is the Fair Trading Act 1986 which protects you against being misled or treated unfairly by us. The difference between the Fair Trading Act (FTA) and the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) is that, in general, the FTA covers claims about products and services prior to sale and the CGA covers the quality of those products and services after they have been bought. Along with both these legal Act's all the product we sell is covered by a normal manufacturers warranty.
